I am considered an out-of-network provider, which means I am not affiliated with any insurance companies. This said, my services as an independent licensed Clinical Psychologist may be eligible for partial reimbursement by your insurance company. I am able to provide you with a monthly statement that includes all the information you will need to submit for out-of-network reimbursement*. You will be asked to pay me in full at the time of each session. Working with an out-of-network provider can allow for more flexibility in finding a provider that is right for you, as well as having less restriction on your treatment. My recommendation is for you to first inquire with your insurance carrier, as coverage varies based on plans. 

You can call the membership service or mental/behavioral health number on the back of your insurance card and ask the following:

• I would like to see a Psychologist for therapy who is an out of network provider. How much do you reimburse for out-of-network services?
• Will I need to meet a deductible first or do I automatically get reimbursed?
• If needed, the session code for a 90 minute intake is 90791 and 45 minute individual psychotherapy is 90834
